What fitness level is required?
Each expedition lists difficulty levels. We're happy to discuss specific requirements and help you choose an experience that matches your abilities.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates fill 3-6 months ahead, especially for Northern Lights trips. Custom expeditions need at least 6 weeks for planning.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before departure, 50% refund 30-59 days out. We recommend travel insurance for last-minute changes.
Can I join as a solo traveler?
Absolutely. Most of our scheduled departures welcome solo travelers. Private trips require a minimum group size of 4.
What if weather affects the trip?
Our guides make safety-based decisions. Routes may be adjusted, but significant changes result in partial refunds or rebooking options.
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes. Let us know about allergies, vegetarian/vegan preferences, or any restrictions when booking. Our guides plan menus accordingly.
